With over 24 years of surgical experience, including two tours in Iraq, Justin is dedicated to providing exceptional care with the highest of standards for patient safety to ensure each and every patient reaches their goals.
Dr. Kapil Kashyap
Chief of Anesthesia
Or well known as “Dr. Kash”, has been providing anesthesia for his patients in Texas. Over the course of more than 20,000 anesthetics, Dr. Kashyap has passionately guided patients through their surgeries in a caring and comfortable environment. He was Valedictorian at Acalanes High School and received his Bachelors of Science in Biochemistry at the University of California, Berkeley.
He obtained his medical degree at Saint Louis University School of Medicine. Dr. Kashyap is Board Certified by, and a member of the ASA and The Texas Society of Anesthesiologists. He loves to travel with his family, play golf, and enjoys watching Cowboys Football!
Rosalie Trevino
Operating Room Director
Rosalie Trevino is a Certified Surgical Technologist and the Operating Room Director at Maximus Plastic Surgery Center. With a strong background in surgical technology, she specializes in plastic and reconstructive surgery, as well as aesthetic procedures. Her leadership in the operating room ensures efficiency, precision, and the highest standard of patient care.
Beyond her professional expertise, Rosalie enjoys exploring the world of craft cocktails and fine dining. When she’s not in the OR, you can find her hiking, cycling, or relaxing by the river with a fishing pole and a cold beer in hand.

OR Assistant Director
11 years experience in the medical field, 2 of those years with Dr. Jeneby as a CST. In my free time I enjoy cooking and listening to music. I’m driven to keep climbing!

Yulissa Ibarra
Office Manager
Yulissa Ibarra is the Office Manager at Maximus Surgical Center, where she has been a key part of the team for the past 1.5 years. Dedicated and driven, she is currently working toward earning her Bachelor’s degree next year. Yulissa ensures the smooth day-to-day operations of the office while creating a welcoming and efficient environment for both patients and staff. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, camping, and spending time in the great outdoors.

Damien’s passion for the cosmetic world began long ago. He refined his craft by collaborating with prestigious cosmetic brands.
His career evolved into advanced expertise in aesthetics and skin care, with his work featured in world renowned publications. As a licensed esthetician, Damien offers a range of skin care treatments and continues to pursue advanced training in aesthetics and surgery as part of the MAXIMUS team.
