Freddie Estrada
Executive Corporate Director
Known by many titles—Executive Director of Operations, Chief Marketing Director, or simply “The Hand”—Freddie Estrada is the right-hand man to leadership and the force that keeps the engine running. Or, as Dr. J affectionately calls him, the “COO” and sometimes even “Head Janitor” or “The Cleaner,” because when things need to get done, Freddie is the one making it happen.
With over 8 years at Chrysalis, Freddie blends a strong academic background with hands-on excellence—earning credentials from San Antonio College (2 years), UT Health with 3 years in Emergency Management, and UTSA with 2.5 years focused on Marketing and Business Development.
Beyond the boardroom, Freddie is an adventurer at heart. He loves spending time outdoors, exploring new places, and seeing the world alongside his wife and 2 pomeranians —embracing every opportunity to turn the ordinary into extraordinary.
John Lopez, CSFA/CST
Director of Operations – Chrysalis
John Lopez is the Director of Operations at Chrysalis, where he has been leading operational excellence for the past 2.5 years. With certifications as both a Surgical Assistant and Surgical Technician, John brings a strong clinical background and hands-on experience to his leadership role. His commitment to efficiency and patient care helps drive the continued success of the practice. Outside of work, John enjoys spending his time golfing and grilling with friends and family.
Susana Chapa
Chief Financial Officer/BBA
Susana Chapa is the Chief Financial Officer at Chrysalis Surgical Center, bringing over 29 years of experience in financial management, business leadership, and corporate and nonprofit strategy. She oversees all financial functions of the practice—including accounting, audit, and finance—as well as human resources and facilities operations.
Before joining Chrysalis in 2022, Susana served as Finance Director at the Alamo Area Resource Center, where she spent 12 years in various leadership roles supporting one of Texas’s largest LGBTQ+ health and mental health providers.
Susana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Texas A&M San Antonio, along with several financial certifications. A proud military mom of three adult children—one serving in the Army—she balances her professional life with a love for traveling, golfing, and the thrill of extreme sports.
Sylvia Montes, M.A.
Clinical Manager
Sylvia Montes is the Clinical Manager at Chrysalis Surgical Center and has been a dedicated member of Dr. Jeneby’s team since 2004. A licensed Medical Assistant with a career in the medical field dating back to 1986, Sylvia oversees all clinical operations and post-operative care, ensuring every patient receives the highest level of support and attention.
As both a team leader and a patient herself, Sylvia is always happy to share her experience and answer any questions. Outside of work, she enjoys beach getaways with her husband of 37 years, attending softball events, and hosting Sunday dinners with her children and grandchildren.
Arturo Villarreal, RN
Registered Nurse/Paramedic
Arturo Villarreal brings a wealth of experience to Dr. Jeneby’s team, having dedicated 18 years to pre-hospital emergency and critical care as a Paramedic and Critical Care Transport/Flight Paramedic within the Bexar County region. Building upon this extensive background, he earned his Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in 2020 and subsequently gained valuable nursing experience in the San Antonio area. Mr. Villarreal joined Dr. Jeneby’s practice in 2023, where he has been a valued member of his team. Outside of his professional endeavors, he maintains an active lifestyle and interests include various physical pursuits, such as competitive kickball.
Deyanira Montemayor, RN
Registered Nurse
Deyanira Montemayor is a Registered Nurse with a BSN from UT Health Science Center of San Antonio and nearly a decade of nursing experience. Her background includes MedSurg and Telemetry, providing her with a solid foundation in patient care and clinical excellence. For the past 2.2 years, she has been a valued member of Dr. Jeneby’s team. Passionate about her work and proud of her San Antonio roots—Go Spurs Go!
Paola Garza, CCMA
OR Assistant/Certified Clinical Medical Assistant
Paola Garza is a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) who currently serves as an OR Assistant. She began her healthcare journey as a medical assistant, gaining two years of hands-on experience before stepping into her current role. Paola has been a dedicated member of the team for the past two years, known for her attention to detail and patient-centered care. Outside of work, she enjoys baking and sharing her sweet creations with friends and family.
Angelica Quinonez, FA
Surgical Assistant
With over 10 years of experience as a surgical assistant, I bring a wealth of knowledge and precision to every surgical procedure. My specialty and passion has always been with plastic and cosmetic surgery. I am from Colombia, I have three beautiful children and my hobbies are outdoors and traveling.

Maggie Ginger, M.Ed.
Front Desk Coordinator
Maggie joined the team in 2023. With a degree in education and 9 years of teaching experience, she brings exceptional communication and organizational skills to the front desk of our plastic surgery office. As a dedicated front desk coordinator, she ensures a welcoming and professional environment for every client. Outside of work, she enjoys discovering new live music and spending time with family and friends.
Oxana Carrillo, PRC
Patient Coordinator
Oxana Carrillo is a Patient Coordinator. She has a Degree in Medical clinic administration and has been working in the medical field for 13 years. 6 of those years have been in the Plastic Surgery field. She has been at Chrysalis the last 2 years.
She likes spending her free time with her family and at the gym.
Dominique Lomas
VP of Sales & Finance
Dominique is our Vice President of Sales & Finance, bringing over 12 years of high-level experience from one of the nation’s largest retail brands. Her deep knowledge in both sales and finance has made a powerful impact on our team for more than three years. As Freddie would say, she’s one of the greatest assets to this already stellar group.
Sal Martinez
Sales/Finance Manager
Sal is our Finance and Sales Director bringing over 25 years of experience as a Sales and Finance Manager, having held key roles at major companies including US Bank, Chase Bank, and Red McCombs Enterprises. Renowned for his relationship-building skills, Sal delivers a client experience rooted in exceptional service and 100% transparency. His deep understanding of the financial world, combined with a “get it done” attitude, makes him one of the best in the business. As Freddie would say, he’s simply the best when it comes to closing the deal. Outside of work, Sal enjoys quality time with his family and playing with his puppies.
Steven R. Jones
Paralegal
Steven is proof that “wearing many hats” can still look polished. With a legal background ranging from oil and gas to personal injury, he brings both precision and practicality to his work. Before joining the legal-medical consulting space, Steven successfully marketed and operated his own small business—a very delicious food truck—where he learned firsthand how branding, hustle, and customer connection intersect.Today, Steven serves as the main point of contact at Standard Injury Consultants, where he’s known for being approachable, proactive, and relentlessly organized. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Capella University, pairing his academic background with an instinct for building meaningful professional relationships. When he’s not working, Steven stays plugged into his community—volunteering at neighborhood events on San Antonio’s Eastside and supporting LGBTQIA+ initiatives across the city. His downtime is anything but slow: exploring new eateries and bars, traveling, networking at social events, curating content on Instagram, and maintaining his own fleet of Mercedes-Benz vehicles on the Turo platform.

I worked for the Department of Public Safety for 21 years before leaving to become a full time Mom to 3 wonderful boys and spend more time with my 2 beautiful daughters and amazing grand kids. Became a Real Estate Agent before working for the AMAZING Dr. Jeneby. I’m the Front Desk Receptionist, come by and say “HI”. I would love to get you in to see one of our talented Doctors!
