About Dr. Paul Phillips
Dr. Phillips is a double Board Certified Plastic Surgeon specializing in breast augmentation, breast lifts (mastopexy), abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), liposuction, and Brazilian butt lift. Dr. Phillips is a member of The American Society of Plastic Surgery and The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
Dr. Phillips was born and raised in Houston, Texas. He graduated Pepperdine University in Malibu, California with a degree in Sports Medicine where he was selected as Sports Medicine Student of the Year for his graduating class. He received his medical degree from The University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, Texas in 2008. Dr. Phillips completed five years of general surgery residency at University Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi before completing a three-year plastic surgery residency in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
After completing his plastic surgery training, Dr. Phillips founded Memorial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in Las Cruces, New Mexico. In 2017, Dr. Phillips joined El Paso Cosmetic Surgery in El Paso, Texas where he worked for 6 years performing breast augmentations, Brazilian Butt Lifts, and a variety of other cosmetic surgeries.
Dr. Phillips is excited to join the Plastic & Cosmetic Center of South Texas and bring his devotion and skill to his patients. Dr. Phillips understands plastic surgery is as much and art as it is science and strives to provide cutting-edge techniques. Dr. Phillips is highly trained in cosmetic surgical procedures and enjoys working with his patients to provide the appearance the patient desires.
