Week of December 10
The holiday can be the most wonderful time of the year, but it can also be the most stressful – whether it’s trying to get last minute gifts, preparing for out of town family to come in or traveling out of town. Whichever it may be, we all have a lot to do over the holidays and the busy nature of the season can result in stress.
Stress can take a heavy toll on the face by causing deep creases along the mouth, the jaw line slackens and folds and fat deposits appear on the neck. If you are considering beauty treatments or a surgical route, there are a variety of ways that you can treat the physical results of stress on your face – from refreshing treatments as a hydrafacial or chemical peel to something surgical such as a mini-facelift or facelift.
Most importantly, find a way that you can relax and unwind. It may be as something as simple as a cat nap or reading a book or getting a massage. Perhaps baking or dancing is your therapy. Find something that truly relaxes or rejuvenates you and keeps you going, so that you can enjoy the holiday season, for it is here to be enjoyed.
Treat yourself this holiday to take that stress off your face!
