Consultation Fee Policy
Thank you for choosing us for your aesthetic care. We value your time and ours, and we strive to provide every patient with a personalized, detailed consultation experience.
Consultation Fee
- A consultation fee of is required at the time of scheduling your appointment.
- This fee is non-refundable but may be applied toward the cost of your surgical procedure or nonsurgical treatment (e.g., MedSpa services) if scheduled within one year of your consultation.
Application of Fee
- If you proceed with surgery or treatment, the consultation fee will be credited to your balance.
- If you choose not to move forward, the fee will remain as compensation for the surgeon’s and staff’s time and expertise.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
- Cancellations or reschedules made with less than [24/48 hours] notice will result in forfeiture of the consultation fee.
- With proper notice, your consultation may be rescheduled once without penalty.
No-Show Policy
- Patients who do not attend their scheduled consultation without notice will forfeit the consultation fee and may be required to pay an additional fee to reschedule.
