Including your favorites into your daily living is an important thing. I have a friend who refers to it as her elements of happiness. If you figure out what these are and insert them into each of your days, you’ll be happy. The days may still be rough, but the smile will remain.
What are your favorite things or your elements of happiness?
They are simple things – perhaps seeing a member of your family, eating a particular food, engaging on your favorite social platform, playing fetch with your dog, singing your favorite song, hitting up the gym or doing a killer CrossFit WOD. Whatever it is, include it in your day. It doesn’t need to be a lengthy list – maybe just 5-10 things.
When you find yours and make them a part of what you do every day, those endorphins will increase. Find your elements of happiness. Spread the word so that others can share in happiness, too.
