Beauty – we all have it. In order to see the beauty in others, we must be able to see the beauty in ourselves. Nothing is more attractive than self-confidence. Focus on being the best version of yourself. You owe it to yourself and to your body to be healthy, mentally and physically. That health will help give you more energy, and in return will allow you to do more. Exercising and proper dieting will help put you in a better mood, thus making you a more pleasant person to be around and make securing meaningful relationships that much easier. As the girls in the office always tell me, Elle Woods from Legally Blonde said it best, “Exercise gives you endorphins. Endorphins make you happy.”
Being confident will also help when it comes to surgery. Surgery is supposed to help enhance your appearance, not make you perfect. Although this can help with your ultimate goal, you must remember that it takes more. Having confidence and believing in your beauty will make you shine inside and out. And like I said in my last blog, nutrition and exercise go hand-in-hand. Do not neglect your beauty; treat your body and your mind the way they deserve to be treated.
