Description: 28 y.o from San Antonio requesting Smart Lipo + Pals(power assisted Lipo) from a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. She came to The Plastic and Cosmetic Center of South Texas where we are a training facility for Laser Lipo. She complained of excess fat in the bra-line and flank area and back area, as well as hips.
