Case: 10685 Category: Breast Implant Revision Age: 49 Weight: 145 Height: 5'9 Gender: Female Description: 49 y.o from Shertz, Tx with prior breast implants. She has bilateral hard capsules and mishapen breast from the heaviness and weight of 450 cc implants over time. After a long discussion we decided on removal of theses implants with removal of capsules and placement of smaller implants 375 cc with a breast lift. We used adjustable implants to arrive at 375 cc's .She was initially filled to 275cc to allow the scars to heal without tension and expanded through her skin from three to six months! She is very happy.
