I have heard horror stories about cosmetic surgery in places other than San Antonia.  However I really wanted to have a facelift and nose job done and I live in San Antonio.  The facility I finally chose for my nose job and facelift in San Antonio was fantastic.  I had no problems what so ever with either the facelift or nose job in San Antonio.  They were so great that my girlfriend is coming here to San Antonio to use them for her facelift and nose job also.  I am going to recommend the place I had my cosmetic surgery done in San Antonio to everyone I know.
